Responsibilities include driving the company vehicle, operating and maintaining lawn care equipment, interacting professionally with clients, and ensuring each property is maintained with the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and previous crew leadership experience are preferred.
